To assist you throughout your stay, ARPEJ employees are at your service in each residence.

Internet

Your accommodation is equipped with Internet access. This can be accessed by wired (RJ 45) or Wi-Fi connections. This is an unlimited service at no additional cost.

The laundry

Most ARPEJ residences is equipped with a laundry accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dryers are also available.

Club area

Most ARPEJ residences offer this area for rest and recreation. It is open whenever ARPEJ staff are present or can be booked at reception.

Study room

This room is exclusively intended for individual or group work. This area can be booked in advance through the reception desk in your residence.

Bicycle storage

This is generally situated outside in a roofed and secure area. Bicycle holders are installed for ease of use.

Car parking

Car parking spaces are available in several ARPEJ residences. They can be rented at the reception desk in your residence.

Security

For your security, most of our residences are equipped with video-surveillance and a controlled access system requiring individual badges. The regular presence of a residence manager also allows for the monitoring of comings and goings.

Technical assistance

We can send out an ARPEJ technician to repair water leaks, electrical problems and resolve the minor (technical) problems encountered in daily life. In the event of an emergency between 7 p.m. and 8 a.m., and 24 hours a day on weekends and holidays, you can call our on-duty technical department on 0 969 322 143 (price of a local telephone call).
