To avoid any unwelcome surprises at the end of the month, our rent includes:
Hot and cold water
Tax on the removal of domestic waste (TEOM)
A few formalities to be taken care of
The day you arrive, an inventory has to be done. This is a process drawn up between the tenant and the residence, which describes the accommodation when you enter and when you leave. It is drafted as document in two original copies (one for the tenant and one for the residence). If you cannot be present for the inventory, you may empower a person to do it on your behalf; in this case, you must grant a proxy to the person concerned who must be present for the inventory and bring their ID with them.
Have you forgotten anything? No worries, when you arrive you can take advantage of our extra services like our Sleep and cook kits. And, if you need some household equipment, we can lend it to you, just head over to see the Staff.
